Jose Alicea is a Plant Manager at Poinciana High School in Kissimmee, FL.
“Jose greets everyone with a positive attitude. He helps anywhere and anyone that he can, even if he has a million things to do, he makes sure it gets done with a smile. He has been my shining spot on a gloomy day many times. ” says Nikita Johnson.
Jose always communicates with everyone from Administration to his team with a good morning and a smile, including the students.
He makes sure his team is prepared and have what they need.
Jose does what needs to be done in the most efficient way possible. From ordering his supplies in the most cost-effective ways to helping with the cafeteria.
From participating in birthday gatherings to making sure everyone has had lunch shows the caring and beautiful heart that this man has.
To say that he will be missed when he decides to retire (which we hope is many years in the future) is an understatement.

Leroy Harper is a frontline custodian at Hickory High School in Chesapeake, VA.
“I don't have to worry about whether Hickory will get the care and attention it needs. From inclement weather, additional maintenance from outside the school system, to dealing with custodial vendors, and deliveries, Mr. Harper runs Hickory High School as if he was the CEO. ” writes Samuel W. Warren Jr.
Mr. Leroy Harper is a front-runner in the area of communications for our head custodians.
Mr. Harper is a trainer of men and women for advancement, even if it means he will lose them off of his staff.
Leroy is a member of our CAC (Custodial Advisory Committee). Leroy participates in the various activities of CAC i.e.; Holiday meal give-always, Coats for Kids drives, summer school supply give-always, CAC end-of-the-year banquet planning, and any other activity that requires his help.
He regularly is willing to help other head custodians prepare for the new year as well as get his own building ready.
Robert Buster is a frontline custodian at Westview Elementary in Northglenn, CO.
“Mr. Buster is the first one to celebrate and give praise to everyone at Westview! He is always giving his custodian team praise and reminding all of us how hard we are working and how amazing our students are, ” says Jordan Gallegos.
He is involved in fundraisers and goes out of his way for the students to have a special day.
He has worked with the administration staff and came up with a better system for drop off and pick up.
He is outside every morning directing traffic and making sure everyone is staying safe.
During his time with the district, Robert has worked in many facilities and has formed amazing relationships with district employees.
He goes above and beyond for our students, parents, and staff!

Teyna Bonner is a custodial supervisor for Squeaky Clean Professional Services in Memphis, TN.
“I have never seen a more committed person. Ms. Bonner tends to help people see things in a different light. She helps them see that there is more than one way to get things done,” writes Derek Palmoore.
Ms. Teyna Bonner has raised 4 children ranging in age from 38, 31,27 & 22.
Ms. Bonner is not a selfish person at all. She is genuinely concerned about everyone.
“She is the most caring, hardworking, and dedicated boss I know,” says Derek Palmoore.
Teyna Bonner is presently thinking about becoming the President of her Home Owner's Association.
She speaks all the time that she must keep her business separate from her personal. Her word is her bond.
